Don't you just love salads? I do! Maybe you won't consider this salad healthy but it works for me. It's a lot healthier than what I usually eat during my college semesters.
What's in my salad?
- Quinoa - I'm asian and I use this as a substitute for white rice! Jam packed with essential amino acids, there is definitely a great source for protein out of this yummy grain :)
- Avocado - Have you ever tried avocado hair/skin masks?
- Spring Mix - I love spring mixes because there are some packages that have spinach in them! Spinach is not only yummy but it is good for you as well!
- Tuna
- Almond Slices
- Croutons
- Won ton Crisps
- Balsamic Vinegarette - Just a tiny bit!
